I hope you are all enjoying a relaxing and refreshing weekend. It's hard to believe that we will be turning the calendar to May this week... the final stretch of the school year is officially upon us!

As we head into a very busy and exciting time at TJL, please be sure to check the school calendar and weekly updates for important events, activities, and celebrations. We don't want you to miss a moment!

4/30 & 5/1- NYS Math Assessments

TJL will be administering the NYS Math Assessments on 4/30 and 5/1.  Click here for the letter that was previously sent out in March.

Delay is the Way- Important Event Information

We’re excited to invite you to a meaningful parent session titled “Delay Is The Way” on Thursday, May 29th, from 7:00–8:00 PM in the TJL Auditorium.

Join Clinical Psychologist Dr. Kristen Memoli and Harborfields educators as we explore the challenges of raising children in a digital world. Topics include:
  • The impact of smartphones and social media on children
  • What educators are noticing in classrooms
  • Strategies for protecting children online
  • The benefits of delaying smartphone use
  • Practical tips and tools for families
This session is packed with helpful resources, expert insights, and time for Q&A. FREE childcare is available for WDPS and TJL students. Snacks, games, and activities will be provided for kids.
Let’s come together to support one another in making informed, confident choices for our children’s well-being.
