Good afternoon TJL Families,

We have an exciting week ahead with fall photos and Halloween celebrations! On Friday, we spoke with students about recess safety and how it connects to our Lion’s Mane Mission...Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Inclusive. At recess, this means using equipment properly, keeping hands and feet to ourselves, playing by agreed-upon rules, and listening to adults the first time. When everyone follows these expectations, all students can have fun, stay in control, and feel welcome on the playground. Thank you all!

Happy Halloween 10/31

We invite all TJL students (and staff) to wear Halloween costumes to school on Halloween 10/31. Due to safety reasons, children are not permitted to wear a full face mask during the school day and refrain from anything violent in nature. Please bring or wear sneakers for PE and outdoor recess. We are looking forward to a fun day!

Hello everyone-

As a reminder, with Halloween approaching tomorrow, students are not permitted to wear full face masks during the school day for safety reasons. Toy weapons and any other items of a violent nature must be left at home. We are excited for a fun-filled day tomorrow with safety for all in mind. Thank you.
